Classify Services LLC operates two cloud-based SaaS platforms for educational institutions:

• Classify Exam Management Platform — helps institutions plan and manage examination sessions, including conflict-free scheduling, automated room and proctor assignment, attendance tracking, a portal for students and proctors, statistics dashboards, and export of attendance sheets and envelopes to Word documents.
• Classify Timetable Builder — generates optimized weekly timetables using advanced scheduling technology, with features including conflict-free scheduling, continuous schedules with no idle periods, low-disruption updates, partial manual assignment with automatic completion, and export of timetables to Word documents.

Both platforms are accessed via a web browser at classifyservices.com. Your institution's data is stored on our secure cloud infrastructure. All processing is performed on our own servers.

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

When you register or use our platforms, we collect:

• Institution name, country, and contact email
• Administrator full name and email address
• Timetable data: group names, instructor names, course names, room names, time structures, availability constraints, and scheduling preferences
• Exam data: session details, room capacities, proctor assignments, student lists, and attendance records
• Billing and subscription information processed via our payment provider (we do not store card numbers on our servers)

2.2 Data Automatically Collected

• Server logs (IP address, request timestamps, response codes) for security and debugging purposes
• Authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect

• Browsing behavior, advertising identifiers, or tracking pixels
• Any data beyond what is necessary to operate the platforms

We use the data we collect to:

• Operate and deliver the Exam Management and Timetable Builder platforms
• Process scheduling and optimization requests on your institution's data to generate timetables and exam plans
• Store and retrieve scheduling results and exam session records
• Send transactional emails: account confirmation, password reset, and subscription notifications
• Process subscription payments
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Improve and maintain the platforms

We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4.1 Application Data

All institution data — groups, instructors, courses, rooms, constraints, exam sessions, and attendance records — is stored in our secure database hosted on our cloud infrastructure. Generated results and exported documents are stored in our secure cloud storage.

4.2 Payment Data

Subscription and payment data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store only metadata such as plan type and subscription status. Full card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never pass through our servers.

We implement the following security measures:

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
• Data at rest is encrypted by our cloud infrastructure provider
• Authentication uses industry-standard token-based mechanisms; passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
• Credentials and API keys are stored in secure secret management systems, not in source code
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you and your institution
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal and accounting obligations:

• Institution and scheduling/exam data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
• Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by applicable law
• Server logs: retained for 90 days

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting privacy@classifyservices.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We rely on the following trusted third-party services to operate our platforms:

• Cloud infrastructure provider — for hosting, database, and storage services
• Stripe — for secure payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data
• Email service provider — for transactional email delivery (password reset, notifications)

We do not use advertising networks or third-party tracking or analytics tools.

Our platforms do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Authentication state is maintained via secure tokens stored in your browser's local storage. We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral tracking technologies.

Depending on your location, your data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our cloud providers operate. We work only with vendors that implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including encryption and standardized contractual clauses where required.

If you are located in the European Union or a region with a dedicated data protection authority, you may also file a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our platforms, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email where appropriate. Continued use of the platforms after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA, except where applicable consumer protection or data protection laws require a different forum.
